- Uploaded Recipient Lists: We store the email addresses and any associated data you upload for your bulk email campaigns. These lists are stored securely and are only used for the purpose of sending your campaigns.
- Campaign Content: The text, images, and other content you create or generate using our AI tools for your email campaigns.
- Payment Wallet Transactions: When you make a payment using USDT crypto (TRC20/ERC20), we record the transaction details, including the amount, payment network, and a unique 4-decimal matching amount. We do not store your private wallet keys.
- IP Addresses and Usage Logs: We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and activity logs on our platform for security, analytics, and troubleshooting purposes.

- Lovable AI Gateway (Google Cloud AI, OpenAI): Used for generating email content. Your campaign content submitted for AI generation is processed by these services. We do not share personally identifiable information with them beyond what is necessary to generate the content. Please refer to Google Cloud AI and OpenAI's respective privacy policies.
- TronGrid / Etherscan: Used for on-chain verification of your USDT crypto payments. We share transaction hashes and amounts with these services to confirm payments.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users or the public.
